There are legal transfer fees, taxes and stamp duty. Amounts depend on the official appraisal and the specific property, and who pays what is agreed in the reservation contract. Our team can work them out for the home you are interested in.

The company bought and renovated the home and sells it directly; these homes are always labelled. Any warranty is shown on the card and the home page.

Foreigners can buy condominium units within the building’s foreign ownership quota. Houses and land have legal restrictions. Our team can check quotas and explain your options.
